Monday, a new week

Today has been filled with a lot of studying, I have a few exams coming up soon so it's one of my main thing to focus on at the moment. 

But time for a workout session is also necessary, to fill up the body with some new energy, let the brain rest from the studying and to build some muscles
From today's workout, focus on arms/shoulders/abs 💪💦😅


Now its time for dinner, it is very important to fill up the body with healthy nutrition after a workout session, to help the body recover.
