"Mellanmål" as we say in sweden, a small snack in between the bigger meals like breakfast lunch or dinner. This one i hade today, to refill my body with energi during my study hours. Smoothie with raspberry quark, a little vanilla yogurth and regular raspberry and blueberry. I also added a chocklade proteinbar ;) Yummy in my tammy
