To refill my body with protein after my heavy workouts, that are essential for the body to build up the muscle that have been catabolized during my workouts and to build more muscle. I have my favorite products. "Tyngre -Protein Vassle with taste of chocklade cake " a protein powder that i try to take once a day. "Aldrig vila -BCAA with taste of cola crush "that consist of free aminoacids, that are the essential parts of the protein, this i take 1-2 times a day close to my workouts. The free amoniacids are easy for the body to absorb fast couse these dont have to be broken down of the body first.
For a long time, i thought i was really hard to find products with a taste that i liked, but once i found these to i was so happy. Taste really good and i been stuck ever sence!

Det är viktigt att fylla på kroppen med protein om man tränar hårt, protein är kroppens grundstenar som behövs för att återställa musklerna igen efter att träningen brytit ner dem samt att det hjälper till att bygga musklerna. "Aldrig vila- BCAA med smak av cola crush" består av fria aminosyror vilket är proteinets beståndsdelar och detta tas upp av kroppen snabbare då det är nedbrytet från början, denna tar jag 1-2 gånger per dag i samband med träningen.
Under en lång tid, hade jag svårt att hitta smaker jag gillade. Men tillslut hittade jag dess två favoriter som smakar riktigt bra, då blev jag glad.
